The 4x100Gbps-PAM4 TIA product features low power consumption and low input-referred noise (IRN), supporting 56GBd PAM4 operation per lane. The modules offer high bandwidth—up to 35GHz typical—and include MGC and AGC modes with programmable gain and output swing. Additional features include an output swing level detector, receive signal strength indicator, and hardware global and per-channel loss of signal (LOS) detection. The product is designed for 400Gbps Ethernet DR4/FR4/LR4 applications and
