PHRD8504 - 4x100G Linear Redriver

The PHRD8504 offers low latency (less than 200ps) and can be configured for different cable lengths through OTP bits or optionally controlled via a two-wired digital interface. It supports frequency signals starting from 10.3125Gbps, with an input swing range of 800mVppd to 1000mVppd. Additional features include a loss of signal alarm, low power mode, and register configuration through the 2-wire digital interface, which offers four selectable addresses.

Due to its ultra-low-power architecture, the PHRD8504 consumes low power and operates with a single 3.3V supply. Its four lanes and small package size (4.5mm x 6.5mm FCLGA) provide flexibility for placement within DAC connectors.
