The PHX3D3018 iTOF Driver is a high-power, multi-junction 3D-TOF (Time-of-Flight) driver IC that comes in a WLCSP package measuring 2.04mm x 1.84mm. It boasts dual-channel output currents of up to 5A, supporting multiple VCSELs (Vertical-Cavity Surface-Emitting Lasers). The PHX3D3018 excels in high-speed performance with rise and fall times of 500ps, and it has been certified for Class-1 eye safety at the module level, incorporating up to 15 safety protection checks. Additionally, it supports a maximum modulation frequency of 200Mhz and a peak optical power of 10W.
