PHX3D6015
The PHX3D6015 device is a cutting-edge high-side Time-of-Flight (ToF) driver optimized for high-speed applications such as LiDAR, Time-of-Flight sensing, and Facial Recognition. This innovative device replaces individual driver chips and Discrete GaN with an integrated high-side high voltage MOSFET driver, allowing for the seamless merging of laser cathodes among channels. The PHX3D®6015 boasts a design simplicity that enables extremely fast rising and falling edges of 0.7 nanoseconds and a minimum pulse width of 2 nanoseconds, making it highly efficient for high-frequency operations. Furthermore, the device's modular design allows for easy expansion of driver channels on a single die based on system requirements, such as 2-channel or 3-channel configurations. The compact 4.043.040.6mm WLCSP package of the PHX3D®6015 minimizes gate loop inductance and maximizes power density, ensuring optimal performance in high-frequency applications.
